Healthy Levels
Level 1:
At their best, type 7s fully understand experiences, which makes them deeply appreciative. They are awed by the simple wonders of life. Joyous and ecstatic, they see the boundless goodness of life.
Level 2:
They are highly responsive to others. They are enthusiastic about experiences. They find everything invigorating. Lively, vivacious, eager, spontaneous, resilient, and cheerful.
Level 3:
They easily become accomplished achievers. They are multi-talented, and able to do many things well. Practical, productive, and usually prolific.
Average Levels
Level 4:
They are restless and want to have options available to them. Adventurous and wise about worldly things, but less focused. They constantly seek new experiences. Keeping up with trends is important to them.
Level 5:
They struggle with knowing what they really need. Hyperactive and unable to say “no” to themselves. They do and say whatever comes to mind. They fear being bored, so stay in perpetual motion. They have many ideas, but hardly follow through.
Level 6:
Overly excessive in what they consume. They are self-centered, greedy, and never feel that they have enough. Demanding and pushy, yet unsatisfied, jaded, and insensitive.
Unhealthy Levels
Level 7:
They are desperate to ease their anxieties, so they act impulsive and childlike. They do not know when to stop. They suffer from addictions and excess, and are offensive and abusive. They want to escape from reality.
Level 8:
Running from themselves, they give in to impulses rather than dealing with their anxiety. Out of control with erratic mood swings and compulsive actions.
Level 9:
Their energy and health are spent. They give up on themselves and life. They suffer from deep depression, are self-destructive, and impulsively suicidal.
